Overview
The Graduation Rate Report is a tool for monitoring and analyzing student progress towards graduation by tracking whether students are "On Track" or "Behind" for graduation. The report determines a student's status based on their GPA and cumulative credits, rather than on specific graduation requirements such as course completion. This is important because it could explain why some students are marked as "On Track" even if they are missing required courses.
Note for MIS: The "Populate Graduation Requirements Summary" scheduled job must be run to generate the graduation summary data needed for the Graduation Rate Report.
